Andrew Lepani leads Team Up, the Australian Government’s sport for development programme across the Asia-Pacific. A passionate advocate for sport as a driver of social change, he works with regional partners to deliver programmes that promote gender equality, disability inclusion and leadership through sport. With experience as an athlete, administrator and development practitioner, Andrew focuses on how sport can strengthen communities and create opportunities for people of all backgrounds.
