Dr Jordan Matthews is the Development Manager for the Women’s Sport Leadership Academy (WSLA). Since 2014, nearly 500 women based in over 80 countries have attended WSLA programmes. They represent national and international organisations, the Olympic and Paralympic Movements, and the sport-for-change sector.
Jordan is the Programme Leader for Sport Business Management at the University of Chichester, UK. He has published and presented internationally on the topic of gender, governance and leadership in sport. He was twice commissioned by UK Sport to research gender inequity in international sport governance, and by the IWG for the 2014 & 2018 Progress Reports.
