A: The Summit will take place on 9-11 July 2026, at the International Convention Centre, Centenary Square, Birmingham, United Kingdom.

A: The Summit is open to everyone committed to advancing gender equity in sport, including:

  • Global stakeholders
  • International Federations
  • Leaders of sport organisations and national governing bodies
  • NGOs and advocacy groups
  • Policymakers and government representatives
  • Coaches, practitioners and programme leaders
  • Researchers and academics
  • Athletes and player representatives
  • Sponsors, brands and commercial partners
  • Media and communications professionals

Passes are priced according to World Bank income tiers.  If you are unsure of your country’s classification, please check before selecting your pass tier; check here.

Tier 1 – £839 Level 1 is for Delegates from High-income countries.
Price includes £3.55 transaction fee and 20% UK VAT. Net price is £675.

Tier 2 – £625 Level 2 is for Delegates from Upper Middle income countries.
Price includes £3.55 transaction fee and 20% UK VAT. Net price is £621.

Tier 3 – This price is applicable for delegates from Lower-middle-income and Lower-income countries. This pass is also available to full time students.
Price includes £3.55 transaction fee and 20% UK VAT. Net price is £497.

A: Registrations can only be completed individually. However, if your organisation purchases 10 delegate passes, you will receive an 11th pass free of charge. This complimentary place may be used by someone within your organisation or gifted to support a delegate from a Tier 3 country to attend.  Please email summit@iwgwomenandgirls.org

A: At this stage, the Summit is planned as an in-person event. Any updates on virtual participation will be shared as plans evolve.

A: The venue meets full accessibility standards. We are committed to making the Summit inclusive and accessible to all.  If you have any specific requirements, please email summit@iwgwomenandgirls.org

A: The primary language of the Summit will be English. Simultaneous translation will be available via the event app. 

A: We have issued a call for speakers and abstracts.   Please check the news section of the event website and our social media channels for updates and links to submit your application.  Please note that places are limited.
