David Clarke is CEO of the British Paralympic Association. He enjoyed a 24-year banking career before representing Great Britain and England in blind football 144 times, scoring 128 goals. In 2018, he joined the RNIB as Director of Services, later becoming COO. In 2023, he became the first disabled CEO of the BPA, combining his sporting, commercial, and third sector experience. David is a decorated athlete, Hall of Fame inductee, and is focused on leading high-performing teams and driving social impact through disability sport, inspiring a better world for disabled people.
